As a Real Estate Professional I have come to understand the complexities of the Real Estate Transaction and how confusing it can be for Buyers, Sellers, and even those experienced with the process.

My aim, as a REALTOR ®, is to make sure my clients are aware of the process of looking for a home, making the offer, working through the escrow and what is expected of them and others involved.

I work in, what I consider the best and most professional office in the Merced area. The support staff and training at Gonella Realty can be relied on to make sure we are updated and knowledgeable of the current laws, information and trends in the Real Estate Market.                                         

In 2009 I sold just over $2,000,000 worth of Real Estate in a REO Market and I have sold $2,600,000 for 2010. I have worked with Short Sales, Bank Foreclosures and privately owned Real Estate. I work with other professionals in my office and industry to see that my clients receive the proper services and help they need.

I have served on the Board of Directors for the Merced County Association  of REALTORS® for four years , as well as the Finance and MLS committees. In 2010 I served as Secretary/ Treasurer for our local board. I am the past recipient of the prestigious JESSE FEES Award .  I attend classes through out the year to maintain a professional edge in the market. This past year I attended training and received the SFR designation (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification). I maintain a solid and respected working relationship with other REALTORS® in our local Association which adds to my ability complete transactions and close escrows.

I am the father of eight children and my wife and I live in Merced. We have home schooled all eight, having our older ones attend our local Community College and UC Merced. The care and concern I have for my family is the same way I approach my Real Estate career.

 I have found Real Estate to be very rewarding and it has brought a new awareness of the community I live in. I want to see Merced grow into a community that enriches the lives of those who live here and a place where families want to stay.
