Born in Merced and raised in Fresno, I came back to Merced in 1986 to start my family. My wife Rosi and I have raised 8 wonderful children in Merced. We have been a home school family since our oldest was in kindergarten. Prior to my Real Estate career, my wife and I owned and operated Hultgren's Wallpaper and Blinds in Atwater. I became a licensed WDO (Wood Destroying Organisms) Inspector, an inspected homes as a Termite Inspector for approx. 4 years. I also serve 6 years in the Army National Guard both in Alaska and Colorado. I met my wife Rosi in Manitou Springs, Colo. while on a walking trek across the U.S. of A. I am not easily surpised by the situations people find themselves in. I believe, I truly understand the place home ownership has in a family's life.

I became a licensed REALTOR in 2002 and I am an active member of the Merced County Association of REALTORS. I have also served on the board of directors for the MCAR since Jan of 2007.
